Q: What type of hotels can I choose from?

A: We feature standard, first class and deluxe categories, with rates that are inclusive of 10-30% discounts. The standard class hotels are equivalent to 2 and 3 star, the first class hotels are 3 and 4 star and the deluxe hotels are 4 and 5 star properties.

Q: What services do you offer?

A: Tradesco Tours offers Hotel reservations and other services as well, such as: transfers, train tickets, scheduled or private sightseeing, cultural programs, escorted or independent tours, rent-a- car services and more.      

Q: Do I need a Visa to travel to Europe or Southern Africa?

A: US citizens (tourists) do not require a visa in most European or South African countries.

Q: Does Tradesco Tours handle Visa requests?

A: We do not handle visa requirements. It is the individual traveler's responsibility to have the proper travel documents, such as passports, visa, etc. prior to their departure. If you require assistance with attaining a visa, Tradesco Tours would be happy to put you in touch with companies that handle such requests.

Q:   Do I have to pay you up front for my trip?

A: A $100 (non-refundable) per person deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. In some cases - such as escorted or deluxe tours, etc. - a $ 300 per person deposit is required. Full payment is due 45 days prior to departure.

Q: Is a credit card required when I book online? Do you automatically charge my credit card when the reservation is made?

A: If you make a reservation online you will be asked for your credit card information. Only the deposit will be charged at the time you make your reservation.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?
